Do y'all remember the post I made about The Anthem awhile back? About how the guys from Versecity started a new project? And to stay tuned? Well here you go! The Anthem released a new music video for their debut single, "Out of Our Heads," and it's quite cute.
After listening to the song a few more times from last time, it sounds like "Out of Our Heads" is saying to let go of your troubles and just have fun. The cliche saying of enjoying life to the fullest, evident from the prevalent party scene in the video.
The song's got an incredibly infectious beat paired with Micaiah's voice like butter (I know that's a weird comparison but that's what it sounds like to me and that's a good thing!). The melodies of the song are easy to learn, and you'll be singing along in no time - maybe even jumping to it too. Even though sometimes the lyrics are repetitive, I still enjoy hearing him sing. There are a few songs that can pull that off because usually repetitive lyrics are annoying.
I'm glad to see that this new project with these guys from Houston is doing well, and I can't wait to see what else they've got in store for us! Take a listen, take a gander, have FUN!
