Move Out West started following me and my sister's combined Twitter page over the summer, so I checked them out. They're a cool band from Hartford, Connecticut with a rockin' pop rock sound. I was supposed to see them for the first time at the Red Eyed Fly when I saw Phone Calls From Home, but unfortunately these guys couldn't make it out there.
They just embarked on The Secret Santa Tour with Rocky Loves Emily, and sadly they're not coming to Texas. If they're going to your town, be sure to see them because they sound like they'd put on a great show. I know that Rocky Loves Emily puts on a fun show, so both would be a double win!
Recently, Move Out West was spotlighted on the front page of Purevolume with their free downloadable EP! I'm currently listening to their songs, and they sound good - I feel like dancing in my chair and whipping my hair back and forth. Go check it out and get their music, IT'S FREE!!
